A solar year with records of low rainfall, the 2015 harvest was early, marked by good ripeness of the grapes. The late-season climatic conditions were particularly favorable for the production of Late Harvests, and this from September 29 until October 14 for this Pinot Gris cuvée. 
 
 The botrytis widely present on several plots allowed us to produce a rich cuvée, of a beautiful aromatic complexity, marked by these notes of candied fruits and dried fruits. 
 The still present acidity brings finesse to the wine and offers it magnificent aging potential.
